Schedule An Appointment.

If you would like to make an appointment with our In-Branch representative, please fill out the form below. You DO NOT need an appointment for any transactions at the Teller Window.

 What to Expect:

  • If you DO NOT see an Appointment Type from the drop down menu below for an in-branch appointment please email info@greateralliance.org or call 201-599-5500
  • Please select the “Type of Service” from the drop down menu, then select your preferred “Branch” and then select “Bilingual – Yes or NO” and hit “SUBMIT”
  • Please bring the required items when you come to the branch for the appointment that you choose. The list of items required for each of your appointment are listed below.
  • Please arrive 5 mins before your scheduled time. To provide timely service to all our members, we will hold your appointment 5 mins after your scheduled time. If you arrive extremely early for your appointment, you will be asked to sit in the car or wait outside the branch 
  • PLEASE NOTE: To apply for a loan or open any new product or service you MUST have $100 in your savings account, applies to new members and existing members.

Items To Bring For Your In-Branch Appointment

It’s Easy – Avoid long wait times at the branch by scheduling your appointment at your convenience.  Below are the list of items you will need to bring for your choice of appointment.

If you would like to apply for a New Membership at a branch please choose this appointment type. You may also apply online. (This appointment type doesn’t apply for existing members)
ITEMS TO BRING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address, Check or Cash for $100 for a deposit into your Savings account.

If you would like to apply for a New Membership and apply for any consumer loan at a branch please choose this appointment type. You may also apply online. (This appointment type doesn’t apply for existing members)
ITEMS TO BRING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address, Check or Cash for $100 for a deposit into your Savings account along with proof of income (your 2 most recent paystubs).

If you would like to apply for a Personal Loan at a branch please choose this appointment type. You may also apply online.
ITEMS TO BRING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address, Check or Cash for $100 for a deposit into your Savings account if you are a new member along with proof of income (your 2 most recent paystubs).

Fast Cash

If you would like to apply for a Fast Cash loan at a branch please choose this appointment type.
ITEMS TO BRING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address, Check or Cash for $100 for a deposit into your Savings account if you are a new member, $35 application fee if you are applying for the first time or if you doing a refinance then a $50 application fee, proof of income(your 2 most recent paystub).

If you would like to apply for an Auto Loan at a branch please choose this appointment type. You may also apply online.
ITEMS TO BRING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
For a Purchase Auto loan you will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address, Purchase Order, Proof of Insurance, Check or Cash for $100 as a deposit into your Savings account if you are a new member along with proof of income (your 2 most recent paystub).

For an Auto Refi  you will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address, Check or Cash for $100 as a deposit into your Savings account if you are a new member along with proof of income (your 2 most recent paystub).

If you would like to finalize your approved loan and funds disbursement for a loan at a branch please choose this appointment type.
ITEMS TO BRING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address.

Please note: Mortgage/Refi appointments are only available via Zoom / Phone.
You will need to know and be prepared with the following information for your appointment.
Purchase Mortgage – Recent Paystubs, 2 year taxes if you are self-employed, knowledge of how much you have in savings for Down Payment and Closing Costs.
 Mortgage Refinance – Knowledge of property taxes, home insurance, how much is your home worth and income

IRAs

You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address.

ITEMS TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address. Your bank Routing number and the billable Checking Account number or a Debit Card/Credit Card to setup your payment.

Certificate Account (CD) Closure

If you do not want to renew or surrender your Certificate account/CD. Please choose this appointment type.
ITEMS TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address. 

Wire Transfer

You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address. Receiving bank and beneficiary must have physical or domicile address, no PO Box allowed. Wire out request, you will need the following information: Beneficiary Information (name, Address, account number/IBAN#), Receiving Financial Institution information (Name, Address, ABA/Swift Code/IBAN ) . Note: Wire into your Greater Alliance Account information can be found on our Website. Spelling is critical of names and financial institution. Beneficiary bank may reject or hold up for incorrect information.

Safe Deposit

You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address.

Notary Services

You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address.

Membership Closing

If you are closing your membership at the credit union please use this appointment type.
ITEMS TO BRING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address. If this membership closing is for a deceased member you will need additional items, please indicate that when you schedule an appointment.

Remember, you can do your everyday banking using our Online & Mobile Banking services. Deposits can also be made by mail, mobile deposit, ATM deposit and branch drive-thru’s.
