- Log into online banking using your existing username (unless you received an email requesting you change it).
- If you’re a Bill Pay user, go to Transfer & Pay > Bill Pay to confirm all payees transferred or to add new payees.
- Log in to mobile banking with your same username.
Android users: Download the new Greater Alliance FCU mobile banking app from the Google Store, then log in or click here to download the app.
iOS users: Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. Visit the Apple App store here to confirm your app is updated.
Note: If you are a Money Management user, your linked accounts information will unfortunately not transfer. To re-enter information, go to Trends > Money Management.
