Spring has sprung and we are 80 years strong! As we come out of what seems like a never ending winter season, the team at your credit union is more eager than ever to continue serving our membership as we have done for the past eight decades.
This time however, we have a new set of tools that definitely takes our various products and services to the next level. We have been busy this past winter season and are excited to launch more enhancements to our roster of products
and services you have come to love. In an effort to be there for you every step of the way, we just launched our secure online chat function within our online banking channel.
Now, as you go about managing your finances remotely, you can connect directly with one of our friendly and courteous Greater Alliance team members to help you via a secure chat connection. This is just another avenue to have our services at your disposal.
The economy is strong and in this rising rate environment, your credit union has managed to keep deposit rates competitive and loan rates still among the lowest in the industry. I encourage you to take advantage of them as you consider some of your seasonal financial decision– like that home improvement project that you’ve been planning on doing.
Our commitment to serving the ever evolving financial needs of our membership remains strong, and I am privileged to lead an enthusiastic and talented group of individuals, some of whom have been with us for decades. We have teammates celebrating milestone work anniversaries this year. Antonietta “Toni” Tartaglione, Executive Assistant, is celebrating 40 years of unrivalled dedication. While Toni is not one of our front line staff, it doesn’t stop her from helping members that she’s personally assisted over the past years. Also celebrating milestone anniversaries at 30 years are Ana Suarez, Business Development Officer and Thomasina Franklin, one of our most seasoned Member Services Representatives. If you work for any one of our affiliated groups, chances are you’ve spoken to Ana. If you use our Hackensack branch, there’s a great chance that Tommie had helped you with your financial needs.
This kind of tenure is fairly unique in our industry since each member of our team is considered a family member who shares the same passion in delivering personalized and a unique way of providing financial services to our membership.
