It marks our 80th Anniversary, and we celebrated it the only way we know how – by rewarding you, our members, with significant enhancements to our products and services. Now you can enjoy even more convenience. I hope you share the excitement as you navigate your new and enhanced Mobile Banking app or improved Online Banking experience. Remote delivery channels, including our online account opening and loan application, have become more user-friendly and convenient than ever.
Members can now apply for a loan online with the ease and security of electronic signatures. You can complete your loan application using your mobile phone, tablet or laptop at your convenience, without setting foot in the branch. We’re also leveraging the power of technology to create an omni-channel experience whether you’re online or at a branch. All channels offer you the same suite of products to access anytime, from anywhere. Of course, we believe remote delivery conveniences will never match the warmth and welcoming atmosphere you receive when you visit our branches. Therefore, we’ll continue to invest in training and tools, so staff can deliver the best possible service experience.
If you have time, visit our lobbies and experience for yourself the unique service that only our staff can provide. While we’re on the subject of time, let’s talk about our 80th Anniversary.
