Alice is an artificial intelligence (AI) powered digital assistant whose sole job is to help you get there. Whether that be answering a question, checking your balance, or transferring money, Alice can help.
When you call us, Alice, our digital assistant, will welcome you. Alice is available 24/7 and ready to assist you, below is what Alice can do; however, she continues to learn/train every day. If there is an inquiry in which Alice is unable to assist you, she will transfer your call to our Service Support Department to ensure you receive the help you need.
Alice, our digital assistant, is named after one of our founders, Alice C. Falb. Alice was one of the educators that started our credit union in 1937. Sadly, Alice is no longer with us, she passed away in 1994. Alice loved the credit union and is very passionate about the credit union movement. She had an amazing personality and was truly passionate about our membership. In our early days, she knew practically every member. In 1994, her funeral procession passed through our main office one last time and all our staff came out to wave their final goodbyes.
Through the magic of technology, we can keep Alice’s passion for helping our members, her quirky personality and her legacy continues on for our current and future members to experience.
Our version of Alice will need some time and a bit of patience to get her acquainted to all the new efficiencies and technological advancements available to her to better serve you.
So, as we embark on this task of training Alice, we ask for you to try it and experience her service for yourselves. We promise she will get much better over time and while she’s in training, she has the full support of our entire team at Greater Alliance, ready to jump in. Each of those pinch hit efforts by our team members will be learning experience for Alice and will make her better.
