We hope you had a fun and memorable summer with your families and loved ones. It sure has been a great summer for us here at Greater Alliance. We were able to see the fruits of our labor – it was a pleasure to see our members take advantage of, and benefit from, the various loan and deposit programs that we launched over the course of the summer months.
Fall is a good season for us. While we continue to provide the financial products and services that you have come to expect from your membership with Greater Alliance, we also take this opportunity to regroup after a busy summer of lending. This is a time for us to go back to the drawing board and analyze how we can keep improving our products and services to make them more attractive and more relevant to our membership.
Speaking of “drawing boards,” over the next several months we will be communicating important information regarding some technological enhancements that are happening at your credit union. Our team at Greater Alliance has been working hard to take us to the next level in terms of technology and remote services delivery. We are in the midst of great changes and we cannot wait to show you. In the meantime, I would like to invite everyone to update us with your most current information to make sure you don’t miss out on future communications.
